Your email address is the one you used on your initial purchase.
Your password was originally set as the last name on your order with 12345 at end. For example your lastname12345

How can I set or reset my password?

Should I just create another account?
No, If you're a NeuroMD customer and purchased a free 1-month trial to NeuroMD OnDemand, you should use that email address to log in, to access all the features. Creating a new account will not contain all the features.
